Somerset Guild Fleece Fair - Saturday 18th June 2011Hatch Beauchamp Village Hall (TA3 6SG), from 10:30am – 3:00pm, offering hand-spinners the opportunity to purchase quality fleeces and/or wool yarns from local breeders. Three Counties show 19th June 2011 at Malvern

Sale of Traditional and Native Breed Livestock on 2nd July 2011 at Shrewsbury Auction centre

Classes are included for longwool, lowland and primitive sheep. All stock should be pedigree and registered. Entries close 20th May 2011 please contact Matt Williams at Shrewsbury Auction Centre for entry forms. Tel 01743 462620.
 Cumberland Show on Saturday 16th July 2011 at Carlisle racecourse There are ram and ewe classes for Rare and Traditional Primitive Sheep. The closing date for entries is 16th June and entry forms can be obtained from Mrs Donella Rozario, Warcarr, Greenhead, Brampton, Cumbria (tel: 016977 47397). National Show and Sale of Traditional Native Breeds on 9th and 10th September 2011 at Melton Mowbray Market NOTE there will be no official Castlemilk Moorit representation but a broad range of other sheep will be present.It will be possible to download schedules, paper entries and then catalogues via the web site: www.grassroots.co.uk/melton.html from April
